An animated field of light stands for a nation. Every individual is a single dot of colour. Strip away names, faces, languages and religions, and what is left is the one thing that truly shifts over centuries: the chromatic signature of our shared DNA.

The simulation is not a loop. Years of history unfold every second. When dots meet they interact and merge, and the new life they make shows as a delicate shift of colour, two drops of paint forming a new shade. Groups that mix morph the country's colour slowly and organically. Groups that stay isolated stay fixed in place: a temporary preservation of a legacy, or a slow fade.
